Scott Jennings Shocks CNN Panel With Brutal Truth on Immigration: “We Have Been Invaded.”
Jennings didn’t sugarcoat it.
During a heated CNN segment, the sole conservative on the network cut straight to the heart of the immigration debate—saying what millions of Americans have been thinking but rarely hear on mainstream TV.
“We have been invaded by millions upon millions of people,” he said. “And he [Trump] was elected to get them out. He was elected to get them out. And what some people are proposing is a backlog system that will never allow us to go to get them out.”
Jennings wasn’t just venting—he was sounding the alarm on the reality that many Americans continue to bury their head in sand about. With millions of illegal crossings in recent years, he argued that the idea of slowly deporting people through a broken judicial system is pure fantasy.
That’s when CNN host Abby Phillip jumped in, trying to downplay the concern.
“You're describing illegal immigration, which has been around for a long time, as an invasion, which is fine—if you want to do that,” she said. “But why is that unusual that there's a process to go through to deport people? I mean, that's actually just how the system works.”
Jennings wasn’t having it.
“Do you know how long it takes for this process, this paperwork, to get people out?” he asked.
Then he dropped the hammer.
“The guy that we've all been weeping and gnashing teeth over, the, you know, guy we sent to El Salvador, was in the country 14 YEARS ILLEGALLY!”
“We've got millions of people who have gamed this system, and now we're going to game it some more.”
Jennings had just said what few in the media dare to admit: the system isn’t just slow—it’s broken. And the American people know it.
